Overseas Authorization

Overseas Pakistanis often need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) to authorise someone in Pakistan to act on their behalf — for Nikah by proxy, property transactions, court matters, banking or NADRA dealings. We draft, attest and process SPAs to the exact format your destination office requires.

Overseas Authorization

Types of authorisation we draft

Nikah Wakalat (proxy authorisation for Nikah), property SPA (sale, purchase, mutation), legal SPA (court representation), banking SPA, NADRA SPA and general authorisation letters. Each is drafted to satisfy the specific authority that will accept it.

Attestation chain abroad

An SPA executed abroad usually needs notarisation in your country of residence, then attestation at the Pakistan Consulate/Embassy, and finally registration or stamping in Pakistan. We guide you through every step and handle the Pakistan side end-to-end.
