Online Nikah
Our Online Nikah service lets Pakistani couples and overseas Pakistanis perform a fully legal, Sharia-compliant Nikah without traveling to Pakistan. The ceremony is conducted over a secure video link by a Certified Nikah Registrar in Karachi, with two witnesses physically present, and registered on Nikah Nama under the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961.

Is Online Nikah legal in Pakistan?
Yes. An Online Nikah is legally valid in Pakistan when it satisfies three conditions: (1) free consent of both bride and groom (offer and acceptance — Ijab and Qubool), (2) presence of two adult Muslim witnesses, and (3) registration of the Nikah Nama with the Union Council via a Certified Nikah Registrar. We fulfil all three requirements and issue a NADRA-recognised Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) after registration.
How our Online Nikah process works
After a free WhatsApp consultation, we collect CNIC/passport copies and photographs, draft the Nikah Nama with agreed Mehr and any special clauses, and schedule the ceremony on Zoom or Google Meet. The Nikah Khwan conducts the ceremony, witnesses sign in Karachi, the Nikah Nama is registered with the Union Council, and the NADRA Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) is issued and couriered worldwide.
Mehr, conditions and Nikah Nama clauses
We help both families negotiate and document Mehr (prompt and deferred), maintenance terms and any other lawful condition the parties agree to. Every clause is explained in plain Urdu and English before signing.
